Basic Instruction No1

While we are still free to choose we must choose and choose very carefully.

We do have a choice and that choice must be to live as full a life as possible.
This would require the continuous development and use of natural-born
talents. All natural-born things unwaveringly head towards more life to
all and therefore our choice too should lead first to a better life for us and
simultaneously to a better life for all who happen to cross our paths.

To act in such manner will require a huge dose of humility and this is where
basic instruction number one - FEAR...of the Lord comes in.

When we ponder on the imponderables and realise our insignificance - it will
hardly matter whether I will be alive or dead before this day is through - we
are faced with the choice of humility or arrogance. Ignoring this fact is also
an arrogance. But this humility is not the humility of a beggar who bows his
head before all men, this humility is a liberating humility, bowing head before
no man and...allowing no man to bow his head before you.

The only place where bowing is to be done is before the Lord. And there to the
bowing is in the form of revelling in the greatness of His creation, acknowledging
reverently how immeasurably great the smallest part of creation we can register
is and thanking for every little bit that is revealed to us.

So FEAR is No.1

B.I.B.L.E and going home

I like the way the word BIBLE expands to 'Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth' Thanks to the soul who thought of it first.

Now there's a voice in my head that tells me I need to say and/or do something about it and then there's another voice that says...Whatever I say and do CAN and WILL be used against ME only...

Who do I listen to? Both are my voices in my own head but there is stuff I strongly feel can and should be said and even though everything applies to me first here I go: ...MAY THE BEST VOICE WIN!
